Tom is a fully qualified FCCA accountant.  

Tom says:  As a keen, practical learner I started employment with an accountancy firm in Ashton-Under-Lyne to train on the job.  I qualified in October 2015 after finishing my exams and applying for membership. 

I then moved to Powell & Powell in December 2016 with my main role being the preparation and completion of accounts for a wide range of businesses and the preparation and completion of Self-Assessment and Corporation tax returns.  I also deal directly with clients to answer any queries or offer advice on various matters such as tax planning.  I have a diverse knowledge of various software packages such as Sage Line 50 and FreeAgent.

I’m very organised and always want to develop my skill base. I enjoy working as part of the team at Powell & Powell and believe that teamwork and cohesion are key to helping clients.
