Pauline’s worked for Powell & Powell for a number of years now, initially having started in a secretarial role in 2015 but quickly moving onto the day-to-day administration and management of the office, learning basic bookkeeping and payroll too.
She says: I’m always eager to learn and find ways to help with the work-flow, to improve our services for our clients and ensure we meet the compliance deadlines. I’m very methodical, putting time and dedication into my role.
I have always loved numbers and mathematics, so an accountancy firm is right up my street. I believe in teamwork being the key – Our team are all like-minded people who throw everything into what we do for our clients, going the extra mile to ensure the client’s requirements are satisfied.
